It is becoming more and more important these days in this fast world that we claim back what was ours to begin with. And in this book we are going to focus on one particular claim that is at the same time our 'Birthright,' and it is called; 'Original Health.' This is the uncorrupted state of health as it is written in your DNA; the beautiful natural state of your being that only knows how to be healthy. So, what does this all mean you might ask? Well, it is every persons right to live a life of abundance; a healthy happy life without any sickness. The state of 'Disease' is an unnatural state of being as it goes against all the laws of life. Our incredible gift of life is designed with ultimate freedom in mind. Freedom in: body, mind, spirit, and—of disease.
   Misinformation is preventing many people on this blue planet from finding and living out their true potential which is, as I mentioned, our 'Original Pure Health.' Attached to this exciting level of health is the power of knowledge; the wisdom to prevent any diseases from getting hold of you and to give you back your birthright. True dietary knowledge is scattered allover the information world and therefore hidden in plain view. Accurate diet information is deliberately kept from us, otherwise, it would be found in the main stream media, taught in schools, and found in curriculum’s for medical students.


   There is no money to be made on healthy people and the 'Original Foods' that will provide this health to all. We are going to explore these truths here and find the answers to what our natural state of health actually is, and how to implement this new information. The time has come to 'Wake-up' and rediscover who you are and your true potentiality, and;


                                                                        This book is a good start !

   I am here to help you with these valuable insights. This little book is written from the heart—with your health in mind. I want to 'Empower' you with logical nutritional and dietary information. These will be pieces of information that you may have heard of, but never had the chance to put together so to be able to view diet and health from a different angle. To have your world of 'Misinformation' shattered before you is certainly not easy to accept and it takes time and determination to pursue a new truth. We need to always question the norms that are the
foundations of our societies. Luckily the conditioned standards of our lifestyles are presently very shaky. People have started to doubt the mainstream information sources and are asking for answers. So the only true action an individual can undertake is to seek knowledge. Then this acquired knowledge will logically
produce a truth that will ultimately set you—'FREE.'


  Here in this book I am setting it up for you. But YOU are the person that has to free yourself of your conditioned belief system, that is, when you realize and know that you are being deceived. You are being told what to eat by the powers of the big food industries that fill-up the supermarket shelves. You are being misled as to what brings you: happiness, energy, perfect weight, and 'Natural' health—what we are all striving for. So, what is this 'Original Health' that the title of this book refers to? Original or natural health, I claim, is the 'Sexy' state of health of a person. I choose 'Sexy' because it sums it all up in one exhilarating word. Of course we all have a different notion as to what that is, thus, the next personal and professional observations on what 'Sexy Health' is, and it does not matter which beautiful age you find yourself in, are views that are held by me—but I hope you can relate and share those with me. . . . . . . . . . .


                                                                       ---- EXCERPT Part 2 ----

 

 . . . . drugs cannot be the answer. There are all these scary news articles about diseases and people dying too young all around you and you are starting to worry. You can almost guarantee that everybody has somebody in the family who is not well, to some degree. It is just no fun when you have to make an appointment at the doctors office that is followed by picking up prescriptions at the pharmacy. Nobody likes to be or feel sick.


                                                             “Nature heals – the doctor gets paid”


So take a stand and reclaim charge of your own health. I hope that I will be able to make a more empowered person out of you by providing you with this information. It is my goal to re-introduce people to the 'Natural Hygiene (NH) Philosophy,' which is founded on nature and as old as the physical world itself. Its belief focuses on the knowledge that a 'Toxic' system will inevitably lead to disease, so a hygienic clean body is crucial. I want to share with you an 'Universal' truth that could become an important mantra to carry with you on this journey
and help you succeed on this new path. A deep and meaningful truth that has been ringing throughout the ages is that;

                                                                              EMPOWERMENT


  We all live hectic lives and in this busy lifestyle many of us take our health for granted and rely on our bodies to keep up with what the mind is desiring. We need to work, wash the car, mow the lawn, go shopping, exercise, clean the house, prepare meals, walk the dog, interact with the kids, surf the web, watch TV, socialize, eat, drink, smoke, and then go to bed 'To Rest' to be able to take on those many tasks again in a new day. That is,
until you wake-up one morning and feel your instincts telling you; “Hey, something is not right.” It is usually when that happens (if they are alarmed enough after their doctors visit) that people decide that it is time for a change in their life. Of course the average persons first course of action is to follow up their medical doctors advice and prescription that will inevitably lead you into a labyrinth of remedies that eventually do more harm than good.

 

(Let me state here for clarity that many medical doctors do great work and are essential for our communities in many ways. It is just that they are not schooled in proper nutrition and so prevention, but educated in which chemical drugs go with which illnesses).


   Usually when all those medications are not providing the cure and/or radiant health you have been promised that people start looking into the alternative route. But it is still a limited number of people who do so because this alternative path is not encouraged by the medical machine. Granted, there is an increase in alternative remedies/treatments now being paid for by some national health care systems, but this is only because of
the pressure exerted by the people. I hope that it is clear here what I am pointing out to you. I do not want to over-emphasize the not so kind practices of the powerful pharmaceutical industries that like to keep on pushing
through the channels of the medical doctors the prescriptions of their drugs. It is the darker side of the whole 'Illness versus Cure' picture and I hope that over time more people will wakeup to the reality of what is really going on.
   Let's talk a bit more about this 'Empowerment.' What does this mean? What are these 'Ten Steps' actually for and what is the end goal or benefit that one can reach when following a better and cleaner diet? A cleaner diet—it sounds maybe a bit weird, but that is exactly what one needs to find when desiring a healthier lifestyle.

I gave you the example of a scenario that plays in many peoples lives; the unexpected bad news from the
doctor of some complications or sudden illness. That is no fun! In almost all cases it starts with subtle signs of discomfort that gradually intensifies into a full blown 'Chronic' condition. In many situations it appears to be a critical attack on your health, but a 'Dis-ease' never really comes acutely into your life unless you took some poisonous substance and your body reacts to the invading intruder immediately—as it is supposed to.


   What usually happens, because it is one of the laws of nature, is that subtle symptoms will become gradually persistent enough that warning bells start to go off; maybe not too loudly at first, but yet they are 'Ringing.' The problem comes in when people think it is all pretty innocent and will ignore the gentle signs of discomfort—they shrug it off. Or they will try to suppress it with some pain killer, tea, or hot bath, maybe even with a remedy that stems from folklore (all of which are unfortunately pointless, because only the body can instigate healing—stay tuned on this). I need to share with you the important information that practically all states of disease follow a natural 'Seven Steps Towards Disease Pattern.' These seven steps are always identical in their progression, no matter what condition we are dealing with. All illnesses have the same root cause; it is a body's certain
(inherited or created) weakness what predetermines the kind of illness that will be manifested. The source or root cause of all ill-conditions is the over-production of 'Poisonous Toxins,' which have a precondition called—'Enervation.' A continuous production of toxins, which is to some extent a normal bodily process, when not taken care of results to a state called —'Toxemia.' The normal production of toxins by the body are mostly the by-products of cell metabolism plus limited physical and mental stress. These are effortlessly removed by the system on a daily basis, so no real threat to your health. It is the . . . . . . .

 

                                                                     ---- EXCERPT Part 3 ----

 

 . . . . . sedentary lifestyle that does not support a healthy human frame. Exercise is key to maintaining a healthy you because we are active animals by nature. We are designed to uphold muscle strength and tone. “When was the last time that you worked up a sweat?” Thirty minutes to a full hour a day will have your blood pumping through your system like nothing else does. Imagine every cell in your body being exercised whilst doing a cardiovascular workout. You will be able to bathe your cells in nutrients, clean house with fresh oxygen. There is no better way to increase toxin removal and renewed cell metabolism than exercise. We kinda know this, but yet we need to be constantly reminded that we have to keep on moving. It being: stretching, aerobics, or weight training. On top of all that there is also no better way to help you 'De-Stress' than pumping that blood and
increasing oxygen flow. Tone those muscles and regain your posture to help you feel good about yourself.


                                “What is more Attractive than a toned body on a confident personality ?”


   I ask you. Maintaining your new path is not possible without a decent amount of movement in your life. Schedule you daily busy life to include a workout. Join a gym, walking club, yoga, swim, or start playing football, whatever it takes, just—Do It !


   We are told how bad sugar is for our teeth—but is it? Again, what people are not being informed about is the difference between natural and unnatural sugars. Your whole skeleton, including your teeth, are at risk when consuming these 'Unnatural' sugars. All refined sugars are extremely acid forming. And all acidifying foods, like I explained with dairy products, produce a leaking of the needed 'Acid Buffering' calcium from your skeleton. After many years of abuse this can expose you to a possible bone weakness. Osteoporosis is the most well-known one and it is a very scary prospect.
   The teeth also become weak and more prone to developing cavities. It is not because sugar is in contact with the teeth, but because your bones have become porous. The weakened structure and acid condition from the inside will be reflected in poor quality teeth. I tell you honestly that my teeth sensitivity has gone away ever since adopting the raw food diet and I am eating a lot of fruit sugars. I presented this philosophy to a dentist once who was about to remove a very old tooth that was beyond saving. He felt it was not related, but then why would he
agree, he needs people to eat bad sugars for his livelihood.


   On a side note—I would like to stress that brushing your teeth is still a good idea after a fruit meal (specially after any dried fruit, as it sticks to your teeth). Brush your teeth with only some warm water (toothpaste is toxic) or eat a vegetable to naturally clean the teeth. At least rinse your mouth with water, or with your own saliva. Bad mouth odor will be a thing of the past.


Diabetes—we all know this one too well. This disease has started to reach an exponential number of victims. Also the previous statistics that only people of middle-age and older are at risk has changed. I have learned that the age of contracting 'Type II' diabetes is now getting increasingly younger (this is of course linked to obesity among children and young adults). Babies and toddlers are now also more at risk for contracting 'Type I' or
called 'Juvenile Diabetes' as it is now the most common chronic disease in children. A body with type I produces no insulin or very poorly and daily insulin injections need to be followed. A pound of fruit like apples is about 270 calories, whereas one pound of candy is around 1800 calories. The body is not equipped to handle soo much sugar. You might think; “That's a lot of candy,” but with today's 'Junk-food' in our 'Sugared' society, he/she could be eating this much or even more. The difference is also, as you now know, that the apple at least
contains fiber, but the candy is pure sugar and a direct onslaught on the pancreas or insulin production. Again; 'Artificial' sugars are detrimental for true health and that's why diabetes has become in our Western world one of the most deadly killers, after cancer and cardiovascular diseases. Please be aware of this. Why and how diabetes is created is complex, so let me give you the process in a nutshell. Insulin is needed to carry the sugar to its cells and normally this task is handled without any hiccups. The right balance between sugar and fat is of utmost importance here. You remember the analogy I gave you about your electric car making its way to its destination? When too much is consumed and the blood is crowded with fat molecules the system stagnates and becomes very insensitive to sugar as the insulin production goes out of whack. The insulin delivery
fluctuates or comes to a complete halt (if a person is hypoglycemic, it can be seen as the first warning signs that something is up).


   In a worst case scenario, a person will have to inject insulin on a daily basis to survive. So, it is important to consume only the natural sugars and to minimize the intake of fats. Refined fats and sugar are not allowed to dance together and need to be kept separated. Please note that when eating only natural sugars and an excessive amount of natural fat, badly combined, it is still possible to create the same issue—but less likely. Let me complete this part with a list of possible health challenges that a person can encounter if not careful with sugar and fat.

                                                                    ➢ Mental Illness

Now we have come to the 'Soul' of this steps philosophy:

 

        We can only properly energize our amazing bodies with natural simple sugars—carbohydrates.


    And we need to obtain these from whole food sources, the way only nature can provide them. When these true food sources are consumed we will manifest true uncorrupted health because the body can operate uninhibited. Remember, that we need to maintain enough energy to handle bodily tasks with an 'Energy Saving Digestion Cycle' and no unnecessary 'Energy Draining' like: eating/drinking unnatural foods, stress, poor sleep, or over-exertion. The glucose from these earthly delights (fruits & greens) will go straight to the cells for energy. No detour for digestion is needed, no obstructions in the way. For instance, athletes have now discovered the power that a banana delivers; there is just no better 'Natural Power' substitute.
    All this sugar and true nourishment reminds me of a story that happened to me some years ago. A lady who I had been talking a lot to about health and nutrition mentioned to me that she wanted to bring along her daughter next time, who was in college abroad and would be home for Christmas. “My daughter” she said, “is at the troublesome young age of nineteen and has been for the whole of her life, pretty much, eating jam sandwiches. That is the only thing she likes to eat.” She explained about the many battles they fought to have her daughter eat vegetables and fruit. Hearing this I was shocked and said that I would be very curious to talk to her. I thought at the same time how poor her health must be and how dreadful she must look for not having any real nutrition for all those years. All these processed sugars seriously stress the pancreas. I could have known about the surprise that awaited me when I finally met the girl. In walked this tall teenager with beautiful . . . . . . .
